1. Overview

BizTrack is a fully offline business management application designed for hotels, restaurants, and retail businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when using the app.

Important: BizTrack does NOT collect, transmit, or store any user or business data on external servers. All data remains strictly on your device.

2. Data We Collect

BizTrack does not collect any personal or business data on external servers.

All data entered in the application is stored locally on your device, including:

• Invoices (Sales & Purchases)
• Expenses
• Inventory / Stock data
• Customers and Suppliers
• Employees (if used)
• Payroll and Attendance
• Reports and Analytics
• Settings and Configurations

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database. This database is private to the application and cannot be accessed by other apps.

Data remains on your device unless you manually export, share, or delete it.

4. Internet Usage

BizTrack works completely offline. No internet connection is required for core features.

The application does NOT:

• Send data to external servers
• Upload invoices or business records
• Track user activity online
• Share data with third parties

5. Optional Permissions

Camera

Used only for barcode/QR scanning if enabled by the user.

Storage

Used to export PDF invoices, reports, and backups locally.

Contacts (Optional)

Used only if the user imports contacts into the app.

6. Data Security

All data is stored locally on the device in a private application sandbox. We use secure storage methods provided by the operating system.

Since no data is transmitted online, there is no risk of external data interception.

7. Data Sharing

BizTrack does NOT share, sell, or transmit any user data to any third party or external service.

8. User Control

Users have full control over their data and can:

• Edit stored data
• Delete records
• Clear all app data from device settings
• Export data manually (if feature enabled)

9. Children’s Privacy

BizTrack is intended for business users and is not directed at children under applicable legal age.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in future versions of the application. Any changes will be reflected inside the app.
